Admissions and ED Visits for Patients Receiving Outpatient Chemotherapy (OP-35)1

This measure evaluates the rate of ED visits and inpatient admissions within 30 days of hospital-based outpatient chemotherapy treatment for patients ≥18 years of age with cancer (not including patients with leukemia).
